RECMP is built on the philosophy that long-term success is achieved by finding Partners rather than customers, vendors, and contractors.  By necessity, partnerships foster an environment of open, honest exchange and mutual accountability that replaces the adversarial atmosphere that often accompanies traditional contractor relationships and prohibits mutual success.  We believe partnerships are built by linking our success to the success of our Partners, so we strive to create win-win situations and we value long-term achievement over short-term gain.
 
Origins
RECMP, LLC was conceived and formed in early 2004 by Fran Anderson and is located in Baltimore, MD.  Within a few short years of our launch, RECMP became a leader in providing world-class program owner's representative services to the commercial real estate industry.  In making development and construction management the cornerstone of our business, we are leveraging our greatest strengths and core competencies to bring unmatched performance to our Partners.
 
Methodology
RECMP was created for organizations that lack the internal resources, time, or knowledge to manage the development process alone.  By specializing in development and construction management as an agent, not as an at-risk contractor, we can focus solely on an Owner’s development goals.  As consultants, RECMP does not hold contracts for the other project team members, but provides all the necessary expertise to create, manage, and administer those contracts.
